At the time of your initial visit, Dr. Petersen will establish your treatment plan and provide an estimate of fees. It’s important to come in and discuss your options with him. To secure your desired surgery date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required when you schedule surgery. The remaining balance of the surgery costs is due in full three weeks before the date of surgery. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders. However, personal checks are not accepted. On the day of surgery, anesthesia costs can be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or money order. We understand that paying for cosmetic surgery can be overwhelming for some, which is why we offer options to help you manage the costs.
You may use your HSA card to pay for surgery, but it is your responsibility to ensure that these expenses fall within your HSA-approved expenses. If you use a third-party financing company, you are entering into an agreement with that company, and our office does not take responsibility for their terms or payment arrangements. We cannot submit information to your insurance company for possible reimbursement after the procedure, as these are cosmetic procedures.
